Had been in this hotel more than couple of times. And I must say no hotel has treated their guest with so much of affection and profesionalism. This hotel has been more like a home to me. A must visit place. *Room service is excellent *Well behaved staff *Neat and Clean room and bathroom. *Friendly environment *Complimentory breakfast is quiet good. *Calm and quiet place Overall very helpfull management, staffs, manager, receptionists and everyone there.

Don't expect anything wow here. Its what you will get for the price you pay and keeping the location in mind. Hotel is easy to locate. Staff is friendly and checkin process is smooth. Premises is clean although it is old. Rooms are not very spacious, but does the job. Everything is functional as well. Highlight is the location. It is walkable to the main places in Park Street, and the famous eateries - Arsalan and Shiraz

Room was good Checkin and checkout was smooth..i visited with family and they allowed early checkin.. The property was old but they managed it well.. Manager along with staffs were friendly.. Food in the hotel was not good... I asked for panner pakoda they game me something different items and it was burnt. Asked for mushroom chilly it was too verymuch salty and cant eat.. And the quantity was not even sufficient for a kid.. Rest all are ok apart from food..

My experience was moderate at this hotel. Guest friendly hotel staff but overpriced place.
